I have received several different coffees from this company, not once have I been disappointed. I do prefer a strong coffee, especially in the morning to give me a bit of a kick start. When I saw that this is one of the stronger coffees that this company has to offer then I had to give it a try.


The coffee is supplied in quite a tough cardboard box that will not fall to bits whilst the contents are gradually used up over several weeks. Inside the box are 10 sealed foil lined bags each containing 10 coffee pods , this ensures the coffee is as fresh as possible.


This 'Intenso' coffee is described as: 12/13 intensity, 4/5 body, 3/6 bitterness, 2/5 acidity, 5/5 aftertaste, medium/dark roast. I was looking forward to sampling this as I prefer a stronger coffee, but I don't like a high acidity level. This ticks both of those boxes for me.


I must admit, this is one of the best coffees that I've ever tasted, it has a good strong flavour without being tangy or too bitter. I can see me buying more of this when I've used up the 100 pods.


If you prefer a stronger cup of coffee then I highly recommend this!
