We are withdrawing the profit

It remains to calculate how much we can earn by selling a unit of our goods. To do that, we do the following:

From the retail price of 1 item on Amazon we take the production cost of the item, the cost of shipping it to the FBA warehouse and the Amazon commission from the sale.

You can read about how Amazon calculates its commissions directly on the Amazon website or in one of our early blog posts.

As a result, we get an approximate return on a Baking Mat product unit and can now deduce whether we are interested in that product or not.

If not, we choose another product and go through the whole process again and again with it until we are satisfied with the result and find our own niche and idea for our product.

But don't forget that finding a TOP product for sale on Amazon is just one step in launching an online business on the world's largest retail marketplace.
